  2. Knowing that its supposed to rain all day tomorrow again, how are students supposed to go from class to class? Sidewalks are flooded and there is not enough space to take shelter at lunch time.

  3. I agree, this much rain is to much. It would be unwise to keep school in session on Friday. There is even a tornado watch and flash flood warnings! As a parent, I think it would be a wise idea to withold school tomorow, due to this dangerous weather.

  10. I think the kids should get a day off. One reason is they are freaked out because of the tornado warnings. Plus I don't think they should be outside in the rain.

  14. some kids even teachers could slip with all tat mud and with the side walks full of water i think that for there own safety there should be no school tommorrow.. because with these situation we are on we could not afford to lose teachers if in case they get injured badly. Also we parents dont really have money to be taking our kids to docters. I SAY NO SCHOOL!!!!:)

  20. It is a very bad idea to send kids into school tommorrow because the streets are flodded and in the high school my son told me that all the benches are wet and there is no were to eat in lunch time and or breakfast he also told me that in the ag departments they can bearly wak to their classes and my other son told me at Finley that all the playgrounds are flodded and it looks like a pool in the fifth and fourth grade classes are at.

  21. I believe that children should go to school, if it were to be completely flooded i'd understand. We are only getting an inch or two of rain, three at the most. Children are just trying to find any excuse to not go to school. The high school students have finals tomorrow, the grading period is almost over i believe that school should proceed and parents should enforce it instead of being submissive to what their children want. Parents should be ashamed of all of their excuses to why their child should not go to school, instead of finding an excuse find a way to better your child's education.

  24. My daughter was telling me that since of the rain they had to go and eat inside a room were there could only fit about 50 students; the other 250 were trying to get out of the rain. Please think about the health of our kids they are our future. Don't expose them to get sick. PLEASE THINK ABOUT OUR CHILDREN!

  29. According to bad weather today there shouldn't be any school at Holtville because students and teachers can catch a cold, or even a worse one like the flu. With the testing students will be not able to take the tests because of the bad weather.
